Employee arrived and did not have the correct tool needed, and had to leave and returned an hour and a half later. He had to use his torch and ended up putting a burn spot about the size of a dime, on our brand new cabinet.

Fixed gas leak for backyard BBQ tee from pool heater. Found 2 leaks on the line one at the tee connection and another right befor the union for the pool heater. The 2" nipple was loose as well as the tee also after tightening the 2" nipple the distance was too much and would create a lot of stress on the line leading to more leaks down the road. Replaced that nipple with a 2 1/2" nipple re doped all the threads removed and reinstalled. After making the connections necessary checked all threads for any leaks. None present. 1 year warranty for craftsmanship and labor.
Estimate to replace failing gas control valve and install an expansion tank. Water will be drained from heater. Existing valve will then be replaced. I will then plumb in an expansion tank. Once work is completed I will then test to ensure proper function.
Have to dig down to septic tank to get into to open tank to get to baffle identify problem between septic tank and seepage pit in front yard.
Arrived on property for disposal issues. Found exiting fixture to be failed and jammed. I then removed failed disposal and cleaned area. Then I installed new garbage disposal and checked other plumbing under the sink.then I tested new disposal. Everything is working properly at this time with no leaks.
No further issue
Upon inspection of rooftop package found the condenser fan motor to have burnt up and melted the wiring into cabinet. Cut burnt wires off of system and capped off for safety at this time. Unit may have more issues will determine when new motor is installed. Installed new condenser fan motor and run cap wired into unit and turned the power back on. Run tested the unit and found in cooling to be operating normal at this time. 30 labor manufacturers warranty on parts installed.
